How do I book and pay for the session?
You can book your session up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. A Full payment of $397 is required at the time of booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Are there additional services I can request?
Yes, you can enhance your experience with the following add-ons:
Accessory Refresh: $50 for an additional 30 minutes.
Post-Event Styling Session: Additional cost based on scope; pricing available upon request.Add-ons must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before your session.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the session?
If you are unsatisfied with the service, you can request a follow-up consultation of up to 30 minutes at no extra cost to address your concerns.
Please note that refunds will not be provided after the session is completed.
Will my personal information and wardrobe photos remain private?
Absolutely. Your personal details, style preferences, and wardrobe photos will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing your styling service.
What if I can’t find the recommended items during the session?
While your stylist will provide recommendations tailored to your needs, they cannot guarantee the availability or quality of items from third-party retailers.
