Welcome to our In-Person Seasonal Closet Cleanse service! By purchasing and scheduling this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read carefully to ensure a clear understanding of your purchase.

1.) Service Overview

The In-Person Closet Cleanse service is a personalized, one-on-one session designed to help you organize, declutter, and update your wardrobe with the guidance of a professional stylist.

This service is priced at $1,500 and It includes a 30 minutes initial assessment and consultation and 3.5 hour guided full closet edit for up to 2 closets.

This seasonal session focuses on maximizing the potential of the items you already own.

Service availability is limited to locations within a 250-mile radius of Washington, DC.

***For clients located within 250 miles of Washington, DC, all travel expenses (including transportation, lodging if required, and related costs) will be billed separately from the base service fee.

2.) Purchase and Scheduling

Once you purchase In-Person Seasonal Closet Cleanse service, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to schedule your session.

If the session is not scheduled within the 30-day window, the service will expire, and no refunds will be provided.

It is your responsibility to contact us to schedule the session within the allotted time.

3.) Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within this time frame will be accommodated based on availability.

Failure to reschedule with proper notice or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be provided.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances on our end, we reserve the right to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

4.) Refund Policy

All purchases of the In-Person Closet Cleanse service are non-refundable.

Once the service has been purchased, no partial or full refunds will be provided,

regardless of whether the service has been scheduled or completed.

5.) Length of Service

The In-Person Seasonal Closet Cleanse session will last approximately 4 hours. If additional time is needed, it will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The session will focus on organizing, decluttering, and offering personalized style advice based on the contents of your closet. We recommend preparing in advance by selecting areas of your wardrobe that you want to focus on.

6.) Service Delivery

The Closet Cleanse will be conducted In-Person.

7.) Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and any personal information shared during the In-Person Closet Cleanse session will be kept confidential.

Photographs or video recordings during the session may be taken only with the client's consent and will not be shared publicly without prior agreement.

8.) Limitation of Liability

The In-Person Closet Cleanse service is provided to assist in organizing and styling your wardrobe. However, the stylist is not responsible for any decisions made regarding donations, sales, or purchases of clothing items following the session.

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the service or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
